Description Porcelain decorated in overglaze enamels of crimson, aubergine, orange, browns, pink, greens, blues, and black with gilding. The two scenes that decorate the jug show, on one side, a gentleman in Portugese dress courting a seated woman and, on the other, two ranking Chinese officials at the emperor's court.
